🚫 ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and cannot be canceled.
If your item arrives and you’d like to request a return, reach out and we’ll walk you through it.


📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

At Mystic Heart Gifts & Wyld Goods, we work with trusted partners across the U.S. and globally to bring you a wide variety of products — from heartfelt curated gifts and customized made-to-order pieces to rugged outdoor gear.

Our goal is simple: get your order to you safely and clearly communicate what to expect every step of the way.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are approximate post-shipping dispatch and may vary due to external factors. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.


🛍️ USA INVENTORY & READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Most U.S. items ship within 2–4 business days and typically arrive in 5–9 business days.


🌍 GEAR & GLOBAL FULFILLMENT

Some Wyld Goods gear or curated gift items may ship from international partners. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on customs and location.


🧵 PRINT-ON-DEMAND / MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom-created items (like mugs, shirts, or accessories) will be made just for you. Please allow 7–15 business days for the customization process and delivery.

Priority + Insured Shipping 

If you've selected Priority + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit. 

If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Priority Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost during transit.  


SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.


 

📬 LOST or MISSING PACKAGES

Mystic Heart Gifts & Wyld Goods are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.


🛃 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.
We cannot guarantee delivery times for international packages due to customs inspection delays and are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

  • High-volume seasons (especially Holidays)
  • Carrier or Weather Delays
  • Customs Processing (for international orders)

If you're ordering for a special event or holiday, we recommend ordering early!

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it:

  1. Contact your shipping carrier.
  2. File a report with local police (if suspected stolen).

📦 Damaged Packages: Received a damaged product?

 📧 Email us within 30 days with photos of the damaged product/packaging, and choose between a free re-shipment or a refund:

❌ Order Cancellations: We are not able to cancel the order as processing begins immediately.

Mystic Heart Gifts & Wyld Goods have the right to refuse returns that have passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
