We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right.

This policy applies to purchases from Mystic Heart Gifts 💖 and Wyld Goods 🐺.


🗓️ 30-Day Standard Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Free of stains, wear, or damage

  • Returned with all original parts/accessories

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase


🎁 Holiday Return Window (Extended)

For seasonal and gift purchases made during the holiday season:

  • Holiday returns must be received by January 25, 2026

  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🔄 Refund & Exchange Limits

  • A maximum of 2 items per order are eligible for a refund.

  • Exchanges are unlimited pending approval.

  • Price differences (higher or lower) will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.

❗ Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.


🧰 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or not the correct product you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

In these cases, we will:

  • Make it right with a replacement or refund

  • Cover return shipping costs when applicable

🔎 About Manufacturer Variations

Some products (such as toys, electronics, tools, or accessories) may have slight packaging or style variations depending on the manufacturer’s production run.
These variations are normal and do not mean the item is off-brand or incorrect unless the core function or model differs.

If you believe you received the wrong item, please send photos — we’ll review and assist right away.


🧾 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll get an email confirming approval or denial

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Banks may take 5–7 business days to finalize the credit

Digital products are non-refundable once files are delivered.


🔁 Exchanges

Return your original (after approval), and once it arrives, we’ll ship the replacement.


💵 Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee may apply to certain returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

This amount is deducted from your refund when applicable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Exceptions: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (after review)


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
After arrival, you're welcome to start a return.


🌍 International Orders

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in our pricing and are the shopper’s responsibility.
