Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll help make it right.

This policy applies to purchases from Mystic Heart Gifts 💖 and Wyld Goods 🐺.


🗓️ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Free of stains, wear, or damage
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

🔄 Refund & Exchange Limits

  • Maximum of 2 items per order are eligible for refund
  • You may exchange as many items as you'd like, pending return approval
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

📬 Return Instructions

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
❗ Items sent back without approval may be refused.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Beauty or personal care items
  • Clearance/final sale products
  • Items marked “non-returnable” at checkout
  • Hazardous or flammable goods (where applicable)

🧰 Damaged or Defective Items

We do our best to inspect every item before it ships — but if something shows up broken, we’ve got your back.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

📧 Send us an email (with a clear photo(s)) and we’ll work with you to replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the issue.

✅ In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping costs.


🧾 Refund Process

Once your return arrives and passes inspection:

  • We’ll email you confirmation of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider

🔁 Exchange Process

Need something different?
Return your original item (after approval), and once received, your replacement will ship.


💵 Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee may apply to select returns.
This fee covers repackaging, inspection, and restock processing — and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customers are responsible for shipping items back
  • Exception: If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping after review

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled once placed.
Once your order arrives, you're welcome to start a return using the steps above.


🌍 International Orders

We do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees in our pricing.
These charges are the responsibility of the shopper and vary by country.
