Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to get the refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@mysticheartgifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our return address information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in the original packaging and be free from any stains or damage.  

Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order.  Unlimited store credit and exchange of items per order.

If there is a variance in price for exchange value items, customers must pay for the price difference or will be refunded if of a lesser value.   Exchanges will be sent out once the returned product arrives back.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Restocking Fee: For some returns, a restocking fee of  $10 will be applied. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with repackaging processed returns, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards for restocking. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return labels, we do not offer prepaid return labels, you are responsible for purchasing your return label and sending the product back to us.

Refund Methods: All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment, issued through store credit, or exchange.

Order Cancellation: Please be aware, that once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately, however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team to start the return process.   Once you return your order, we can process a refund.

International Shipping: Customs Duties, Tax, and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
